Train the team that has to build your pipeline

A private eight-week programme, scoped around your stack and run on your own accounts. Your team finishes owning the system instead of working a list.

The stack, covered for the eight weeks

Every platform the team builds on is arranged and paid for, so the time goes into building rather than buying.

The one exception is Claude, which each person brings in their own name, because the workspace and every piece of research stays tied to their account.

Nothing here runs off a shelf

The open Crew teaches a fixed syllabus to twenty strangers. A team engagement is fully customised: scoped to your team in session zero, then built live on one of your own accounts.

Session zero, before anything is planned

We assess where the team actually is, then lock one or two of your live use cases. Those become the builds the whole programme runs on, so the weighting follows your gaps rather than an average classroom.

We build on a real client, together

One of your clients or target accounts becomes the account everyone works, executed live across the twelve sessions. Not a sandbox, not a practice list, and not a worked example you watch someone else finish.

Taught against your own stack

Your CRM, your sequencer and the data sources you already pay for. The team learns the system in the tools they will still be using the week after it ends.

The open Crew

  • Fixed syllabus, published in advance
  • Twenty individuals from different companies
  • Fixed start date and cadence
  • Each person builds on their own ICP
  • $2,000 a seat

A team engagement

  • Session zero sets the baseline before anything is planned
  • Private, so your pipeline and data stay internal
  • Your cadence, taught against your CRM and sequencer
  • One of your real accounts, built live together
  • Weighted heavier where the team is weakest
  • Priced on headcount and scope
What stays fixed

The twelve-session arc, the live-build format, the assignment reviews and both certification gates.

Faraz Ahmed

The same coach, every session

Faraz Ahmed plans the curriculum against your team's gaps, runs all twelve sessions, reviews every assignment and marks the capstones himself. Not a producer booking other people's time, and not a rotating bench of trainers who need your stack re-explained halfway through.

Certified on assessment, not attendance

Two gates, both required, issued per person rather than per team. For a manager, this is the part that tells you who actually absorbed it.

They did the work

  • At least 10 of the 12 sessions attended
  • Every assignment submitted and reviewed

The system holds up

  • Each person presents and defends what they built
  • Marked against six criteria, all six required
  • The team is coached toward their own Clay certifications too

What managers ask first

How many people does it need?

Typically five to fifteen. Below three, buying seats in the open Crew is usually the better deal, and we will say so.

Do we have to follow the twelve-session syllabus?

No. Session zero sets the weighting, heavier where the team is weakest. What stays fixed is the twelve-session arc, the live-build format, the assignment reviews and both certification gates.

What does it cost?

Priced on headcount and scope, so there is no list price. Past two people it is normally cheaper per head than buying seats. The scoping call gives you a number.

How much time does it take?

Two to four hours a week in live sessions and about three building, so roughly fifty hours per person across the eight weeks. Every session is recorded with written notes, so a missed week does not break anyone.

Can you just run our outbound instead?

Yes, and sometimes that is the honest answer. ThynkGrowth runs outbound as a done-for-you service; ThynkCrew teaches your team to run it. If you want the pipeline rather than the capability, the agency is the better buy, and we will tell you on the call.

What happens to the tools afterwards?

Everything is built in your own workspace and domains from day one, and partner rates carry on after the engagement ends.

Is everyone certified at the end?

Only the people who clear both gates. Certification is per person, not per team, so you find out who actually absorbed it.

Coached through this already

After searching for the right coach for a long time, I am thrilled I made the right choice. Faraz is guiding me through Clay to find prospects, enrich data and integrate with my sequencer.

Faraz's GTM coaching was incredibly helpful. He broke down the basics clearly and guided me through all the technical setups, email infra, tools, integrations, as well as crafting copy and launching campaigns.
VaibhavFounder, SurgeGrowth.io
I came in knowing the tools and left knowing the system they sit inside. Faraz builds alongside you instead of demoing at you, which is the only way this actually sticks.

ThynkGrowth helped us streamline our outbound strategy with sharp targeting, solid infrastructure setup, and personalized outreach. Faraz understood our requirements clearly and guided us at every step.
ImranFounder, Crafeed
Faraz quickly set up our email flows and pinpointed why our emails were going to spam, something others had missed. He worked with true ownership, taking initiative without us having to follow up.

Tell us about the team

Headcount and where they are now is enough to start. Three steps: a thirty-minute call, session zero, then a dated plan. If the agency is the better fit, we will say so.
