Mailboxes need weeks of reputation before they can send safely. The mailboxes you set up in Session 01 warm for five weeks before launch, which leaves three sessions to read real campaign data and act on it.
Everything you get your hands on
Every one of these is used in a live build during a session, and connected to the others.
- Clay Tables, waterfalls, Searches, Signals, Audiences, Sequencer
- Claygent Structured AI research and web scraping
- Claude Your AI workspace, connected to Clay through MCP
- Prospeo Verified emails and mobile numbers
- Google Workspace Mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Inboxkit Sending domain and mailbox provisioning
- Smartlead Warmup, sequencing and sending
- HeyReach LinkedIn running in parallel
- Attio The CRM you sync to, two-way
- HubSpot and Salesforce The same sync patterns, taught against both
- Clay MCP Research and enrichment driven from a chat
- Clay CLI Jobs that run end to end without the interface
You bring your own Claude subscription. Everything else is paid for. See what is covered.
Certified on assessment, not attendance
Showing up for twelve sessions does not make anyone a GTM engineer. Two gates, both required.
You did the work
At least 10 of the 12 live sessions attended, and every assignment submitted.
The system holds up
Your capstone is marked against six criteria by the coach and your peers. All six have to be met.
The six criteria
Passing both gates certifies you as a GTM Engineer through ThynkCrew. On top of that you get coaching toward your own Clay certifications: which to take in which order, what each exam tests, and how the system you built maps onto it.
Crew 01 starts 1 November
Twelve seats. Eight weeks. One system you can run without us.
