Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of thynkcrew.com and your enrolment in ThynkCrew, a programme operated by ThynkGrowth, Bengaluru, India. By applying or enrolling you agree to them.
1. What the programme is
ThynkCrew is a live, instructor-led GTM engineering programme. The Crew track runs twelve live sessions across eight weeks in a group of up to twelve participants. The 1:1 track covers the same twelve sessions, scheduled individually. Sessions are delivered online and recorded.
2. Enrolment and payment
A place is confirmed once your application is accepted and the fee is paid in full. Fees are stated on this site and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Your seat is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.
3. Certification
Certification is awarded on two conditions, both of which must be met: attendance at a minimum of 10 of the 12 live sessions with every assignment submitted, and a capstone that meets all six published assessment criteria. Paying the fee does not entitle you to certification. If a criterion is not yet met you receive written feedback and a further opportunity to meet it within a reasonable period.
4. Partner tool access
We arrange access to partner tools for the duration of the programme. That access is provided by those partners on their own terms, is not part of what you are paying us for, and may change or be withdrawn by the partner. If a partner withdraws access we will tell you and adapt the session where we reasonably can. Any tool costs after the programme ends are yours.
5. Your responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws in any outreach you send, including anti-spam and data protection law in the markets you contact
- Keep your own accounts, domains and data secure; they remain yours
- Give accurate information in your application and during the programme
- Treat other participants and their work respectfully and in confidence
You are solely responsible for the campaigns you run and the messages you send, during and after the programme.
6. Materials and recordings
Session recordings, templates, workflows and written materials are licensed to you for your own use and for use inside the organisation you work for. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or use them to deliver a competing training programme. Templates and workflows you build during the programme remain yours.
7. Conduct
We may remove a participant who is abusive, who shares another participant's confidential information, or who redistributes programme materials. Where removal is for cause, no refund is due.
8. No guarantee of results
We teach you to build and run the system. What it produces depends on your market, your offer and how you work it. We do not guarantee meetings, pipeline, revenue, employment, a salary increase or any other outcome, and any figures we share are illustrative of past work rather than a forecast of yours.
9. Changes to the programme
We may change session dates, the running order, or a guest speaker where we have to. If we materially reduce the scope of the programme, the refund policy applies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the programme is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost pipeline, or damage to sender reputation or domains.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you enrol is the one that applies to your enrolment.
