Privacy Policy

ThynkCrew is the GTM engineering cohort operated by ThynkGrowth, based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use thynkcrew.com, apply for a Crew, or take part in the programme.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an application we collect the information you give us: your name, work email, LinkedIn profile, current role, company, your experience with Clay, which track you want, and what you want to build. If you book a call we collect the details you provide to our scheduling provider.
If you enrol, we additionally collect the information needed to run the programme and to issue certification, including attendance, assignment submissions and capstone assessment records.
We collect usage data automatically through analytics, including pages visited, device type and approximate location.
2. How we use it

- To process payment for your seat
- To improve the programme and this website
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Partner tools
The programme is delivered on third-party platforms. If you enrol, an account may be created for you with partners such as Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Inboxkit, Prospeo and Attio, which requires sharing your name and email with that provider. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and terms. You can decline any individual account, though some sessions depend on them.
4. Outcome tracking
Participants may be invited to take part in optional outcome check-ins after completing the programme. Participation is voluntary, salary information is never required, and aggregate figures are only published where enough people have responded that no individual can be identified. Individual stories are shared only with your written agreement.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and cookies to measure traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us.
6. Affiliate links
Some outbound links to partner tools on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the provider may tell us that a referral occurred. We do not receive your account details through those links.
7. Retention
We keep application data for up to 24 months so we can consider you for later Crews, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Programme and certification records are kept for as long as the certification is valid. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to faraz@thynkgrowth.com. We will respond in line with applicable law, normally within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.
