What it costs to run

One tool you bring. The rest is paid for.

The fee is the whole cost, with one exception: your Claude subscription has to be your own, because everything you build inside it stays with your account.

Pro or Max. Your AI workspace, the Clay MCP connection and every piece of research you run sit in your account, so the work stays yours and keeps running after Session 12. This is the one line item not covered by the fee.
A laptop and five to seven hours a week
One to two live sessions a week at two hours each, plus around three hours building in your own workspace between them.
A market to build against
Your employer's ICP, your startup's, or a client's. If you have none of those yet, you pick one in Session 02 and build on it.

Fees, seats and logistics

What do the tools cost me?

Only your own Claude subscription, which has to be in your name because the workspace stays yours afterwards. Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Inboxkit, Prospeo and a sandbox Attio CRM are all arranged and paid for, for the length of the programme.

Is the application a checkout?

No. Twelve seats and we read every application, so filling the form does not reserve anything and does not charge you. We reply within two working days, and payment only comes up once a seat is offered.

What happens after I apply?

We read it, and if it looks like a fit we set up a short call to check the match both ways. If a seat is offered you get the payment link, the start date and the pre-work for Session 01.

Crew seat or 1:1, which should I pick?

Founders and anyone with live pipeline usually get more from 1:1, because the system gets built on real accounts and the calendar bends around them. People building the skill set usually get more from a Crew, because the peer review and the eleven other builds are a large part of the value.

Can I pay in instalments?

Ask on the call. We handle it case by case rather than publishing a plan.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded with written notes, and there is a channel for questions between sessions. Completion needs 10 of the 12 live sessions.

Do you run Crews outside this intake?

Yes. Intakes are numbered, so if Crew 01 is full or the date does not work, apply anyway and we will put you in front of Crew 02.
